After a memorable performance at the Main Square Festival last year, the English Rock band, Kasabian, were back at the 9th edition of the festival. It is said that their live performance, continuing the legacy of "Madchester" (Manchester’s electro rock stage in the late 80s), must be experienced at least once in a lifetime.
Adding to the flavor was the ambience that mesmerized thousands who had thronged the stadium. The strobe lights were the perfect blend to the band's psychedelic compositions, making it an experience to die for. Led by Tom Meighan (the power) and Sergio Pizzorno (softness), the band performed on biggest hits from their four albums "Kasabian "(2004)," Empire "(2006)," West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum "(2009) and" Velociraptor! "(2011), before ending on an everlasting track, "She Love You" from Beatles.
PS: Kasabian just released a CD / DVD of a live show recorded at the O2 Arena in London. Don’t forget to add it to your collection!
