Around hundred artists and more than 20,000 music fans witnessed the 8th edition of the Berlin Festival, which kicked off with a bang! Held on September 7th and 8th last month at a unique place, the disused Tempelhof Airport in the south of the city, the event had everything best in pop (Miike Snow, Kate Nash, Friends), in rock (Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, Sigur Ros) and especially Berlin force, in electro (Paul Kalkbrenner, WhoMadeWho, Little Dragon, Iamamiwhoami, Modeselektor, Grimes, Orbital). The festival also featured exhibitions and conferences as part of the event.
