The Scottish Dance artist revealed on Twitter that he has collaborated with popular artists such as Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Florence Welch, Tinie Tempah, Dizzee Rascal, Ayah, Nicky Romero and Dillon Francis for his upcoming album ’18 months’ scheduled for release at the end of October. He Tweeted: "My new album is called 18 Months and features Kelis, Rihanna, Example, Nicky Romero, Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah, Florence, Dizzee Rascal, Neyo, Ayah, Dillon Francis."
’18 months’ is the follow-up to Calvin’s hit album ‘Ready for the Weekend’ released in 2009. His smart move has paid off as the first single from the album, ‘Bounce’, featuring Kelis made it to number two in the singles chart last June. Other singles that have been released are ‘Feels So Close’, ‘Let's Go’ featuring Ne-Yo and ‘We'll Be Coming Back’ featuring Example.
Shifted to only doing DJ sets, Calvin Harris will be performing in various parts of Europe and the US until the end of October. For more information on the tours and tickets, visit the official website: www.calvinharris.co.uk.
